Perched above the water, the Renz project pairs a striking cedar-and-steel home with a landscape built to match its architecture. A poured-concrete courtyard runs beneath the home’s glass bridge, framed by warm cedar walls and lush understory plantings, while a floating entry walk crosses a sculpted rock garden of basalt boulders and ornamental grasses anchored by a brilliant Japanese maple.
Out back, the patio steps down to a modern fire table with front-row lake views — the perfect place to land at dusk.
